In Zimbabwe we often hear horror stories about Internet connectivity.
It is almost a lottery when choosing a Broadband package, unless you go for a high-priced Fibre connection.
This makes it a rare occurrence to receive such high praise, especially for TelOne services.
Just a quick note to say that I have had TelOne (ADSL) Silver package since February this year.
I’ve been happy with the service, and with their excellent customer service – it’s great to get a reference number when you call with an issue, and to have followup calls made to check that solutions have been put in place.
We are almost tempted to try out their ADSL service, and hope they keep it up and try to improve upon this.
