I understand that CABS had their new website hacked, so maybe they do have an excuse for having outdated bank charges on their current site. What I don’t understand is the new ATM withdrawal charges. Are they making us pay for their fancy, new-fangled talking ATMs? Anyway, an ATM withdrawal used to be $1.00 and now it’s $2.00 – the same as a teller withdrawal. An ATM withdrawal of $480.00
Updated below So Tawanda went down to TN to buy a bed, which I didn’t know you could do, but bear with me. He got there, paid for the bed, didn’t get a bed, was told his bed hadn’t actually been made yet, made a bit of noise and eventually was promised his money back, less “administration fee”. I am banking with FBC Samora Machel Branch since January..I have heard people complaining of their service and i did not believe it could be true…on May 30, 2011 I went to the bank applying for E-banking and SMS Banking, I was told ot fill in a form which i did and submitted it to the customer service counter…i was told that for e-banking it would take 48hours and for sms banking it would take 24hrs…today is the 13th of July and still no confirmation has been received
