Innscor don’t want my money anymore

I have very strong opinions on issues like change, customer service and corporate feedback.

For months I railed against retailers who steadfastly refused to remedy the change situation. I whined incessantly about Innscor in general, and Nando’s in particular, regarding their practice of pricing their products for change, without providing the change itself!

Harare City Council did something right!

Anyone who has ever driven down Harare drive, particularly the stretch between Enterprise and Borrowdale Roads, knows it’s a hazard.

The road is too narrow. The road dips and humps too much. The road has gaping holes in it. The road snakes around too much. The road sucks.

US agrees to supply coins to Zimbabwe

According to the Zimbabwe Independent, the Federal Reserve will now supply coins and replace soiled notes held by Zimbabwean banks.

For those of us who have been crying about the issue of change for months now, this will come as a welcome relief. As a caveat, the story contains no quotes or official statement from the Americans themselves, just Finance Minister Tendai Biti talking up the agreement, as if he needed to.

Hi there, and welcome to Zimbabwe’s very first consumer complaints blog. I say very first as I’ve seen no evidence of anything close, and I have looked.

Boy, have I looked. Often I have found myself with a problem, frustrated by a lack of response from the powers that be. I actually planned this blog three years ago, but a combination of factors conspired to make it a pipe dream until now.
